Two Coaches Added To SVFC Staff

SoccerViza FC is proud to announce that Jenna Gentile and Cristian Gutierrez will join the coaching staff as assistant coaches for the 2019/2020 season. Gentile will assist with the U12 Girls team while Gutierrez will be on staff with the U13 Boys Black team.

Jenna Gentile: U12 Girls Assistant Coach

Bio: Coach Jenna comes to SVFC having played four years of collegiate soccer at Western Connecticut State University. While at WCSU, Gentile helped her team win three conference championships. Jenna also was a member of the Norwalk High Varsity Girls soccer team. She currently works as a sports trainer at Bluestreak Sports helping youth athletes everyday.

"I look forward to being a part of the SVFC family and I am so excited to learn and grow as a coach. As a female, it's exciting to see how women's soccer is growing and it motivates me to help young females become better and achieve anything they set their minds too."

Cristian Gutierrez: U13 Boys Black Assistant Coach

Bio: Coach Cristian comes to SVFC having been a varsity soccer player at Brien McMahon High School. Gutierrez was a forward and center midfielder with BMHS and was coached by SVFC Director of Coaching and CEO Joe Funicello in his youth soccer career.

"I am looking forward to start the season, I want to be a role model for these kids and help them grow as players and human beings. I also would like to grow as a coach and a person with SVFC. SoccerViza is the best option to get the experience, atmosphere and knowledge as a coach and to grow in this industry."
