High School Coaches Announced

VizaRush is proud to announce the coaching assignments for the upcoming High School age boys teams.

Angelo Tsingerliotis | 2006 Boys Black

Coach Angelo is the current Head Coach for Brien McMahon High School’s girl's varsity soccer team and was a former four-year soccer player at Western Connecticut State University. He originally started as a goalkeeper but eventually transitioned into a starting center back.

Oscar Curras | 2005 Boys Black

Oscar Curras started playing when he was 6 years old for Mostoles URJC from his hometown in Madrid, Spain. When he reached U-17, he made his debut in the fourth division of Spanish football with the same club.

After getting promoted the year after, and playing two years in the third Division, Curras decided to start a new journey in the United States by attending Sacred Heart University, in the NCAA Division I. As a freshman, Curras was selected to the All-NEC Rookie Team and after leading the team to playoffs he was named captain as a freshman. During his third year, he was selected to the All-NEC Second Team.

Edwin Carvajal | 2004 Boys Black

Edwin Carvajal began his soccer career playing locally in Wilton, CT playing for Wilton High School's Varsity team before attending/playing at the University of New Haven.

After a successful collegiate career, Carvajal came back to Wilton High School to coach the freshman team in 2017, ascending to Junior Varisty Head Coach in 2018 and then taking the role of Varsity Head Coach in 2019.

Harry Ocampo | 2003 Boys Black

Coach Harry grew up playing the sport at youth local youth travel (Norwalk Junior Soccer Assoc.) and Premier (Beachside SC). Played Varsity soccer for Norwalk High School (2003-2005) and was a part of FCIAC & State Finalist teams in 2004.

At SoccerViza Harry has worked very closely with high-level coaches (past and present) SVFC Director Joe Funicello, Sacred Heart University Men's assistant coach Anthony Anzevui, and Austin Bold FC (Pro USL Team) assistant coach Michael Alcaraz.

Coaches will be in contact in the coming days to introduce themselves to players and parents.
